Please provide a comprehensive description of the project, event, or activity. Include the amount requested, outline how the funds will be allocated, with particular emphasis on local expenditure, and specify the anticipated completion date or expected purchase date for the relevant items.

Notes:

  1. GCCVTC Donation Cycles : Applications may be submitted on or after November 1st of the year preceding the proposed event. This action is permitted to account for the possibility of a January 1st event and to allow sufficient processing time in accordance with the Application Deadline information below.

  2. Application Deadlines : Applications must be received no later than 45 days before the start date of the proposed event.

  3. Donations awarded : As quickly as processing time will allow the GCCVTC to review the application and conduct an electronic vote if needed. If the application is approved the GCCVTC will forward the necessary information to the Greene County Auditor for payment. If the application is denied the GCCVTC will inform the contact person listed for the organization and provide guidance for future applications, if/when requested.
